Thanks to the Magnetic Mallet as well as Black Ruby osteotomes, Dr. Carlo Cacciamani successfully rehabilitated zone 16 by performing a crestal sinus lift with subsequent implant placement and by placing a post-extraction implant on 14 after removing the crown, thus carrying out a case of intercalated edentulous of elements 15, 16 and 14 with painful symptoms when chewing.
