Product and access requests
We use the professional and contact details you provide, your country, question and selected product or programme to respond and manage the request. MyOSSEOTOUCH checks your profile before preparing personal access. A Demo request and a Pay as you use request are separate choices inside your personal area.
Operational requests from the India website are handled by OSSEOTOUCH India at osseotouchindia@gmail.com, with Contact at contact@osseotouch.com in copy. Your personal access link is delivered only to your own email address; it is not included in those operational notifications.
After-sales assistance and optional photos
You can request assistance without creating an account. The service uses your name, email, optional phone, clinic and city, the issue described and, when relevant, your device serial number. You may attach up to three device or serial-label photos. Do not include patients, patient images or clinical records.
Photos are stored privately and made available to authorized India support and central operators through authenticated access. The request and its handling status are retained in our operational system. Taking a photo is optional; you can send a general request without a serial number or attachment.
Services used for these requests
The website is delivered through Cloudflare. MyOSSEOTOUCH and the request database run on Railway; optional device photos use private Cloudflare R2 storage. Mailgun carries the request notifications and personal access emails. Operational identifiers help prevent duplicates and record whether a request or notification has been accepted and processed.
Cookies and optional content
Necessary request processing remains available when you reject optional cookies. Analytics and advertising follow your choices in the consent banner. YouTube players load only after you choose a video and allow the Experience category; playback never starts automatically. The language selector remembers an explicit preference in the ot_lang cookie. Direct WhatsApp, email and phone links open the service or application you choose.
The request checkbox authorizes handling your request; it does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
