01

A theory-to-practice protocol for atrophic ridges.

The masterclass is built around the procedures where the magnetodynamic technique delivers the clearest clinical advantage: split crest, crestal sinus lift, and bone expansion. From a complete anatomical and radiological overview, the faculty introduces a new classification that guides the clinician toward the simplest procedure capable of achieving the surgical goal.

  • I.

    Bone expansion

Treat horizontal atrophies by expanding the ridge instead of removing bone. Step-by-step protocol with the Magnetic Mallet on individual workstations.

  • II.

    Split crest

Manage narrow ridges with controlled splitting and immediate or delayed implant placement. Flap design, release incisions, and horizontal GBR.

  • III.

    Crestal sinus lift

Raise the Schneiderian membrane via the crestal approach using Summers (classic and modified), Fugazzotto plug, and the L.M.S.F. technique. Less invasive, more predictable.

  • IV.

    L.M.S.F. technique

Lateral Management with the Sinus Floor — a magnetodynamic protocol developed inside the OSSEOTOUCH ELEVATE group for borderline anatomical scenarios.

02

Two surgeons. One operating philosophy.

Both faculty members use the Magnetic Mallet daily in private practice and have been training peers on the magnetodynamic technique for years.

Dr. Luca Boschini

Dr. Luca Boschini

Oral Surgeon

Internationally known for atraumatic extraction protocols and his work with the Blexo extractor system. Daily user of the Magnetic Mallet in implant surgery, frequently invited speaker at congresses across Europe and the United States.

03

From theory to hands-on, in two days.

Each day pairs a morning of theory and case planning with a full afternoon of individual hands-on practice on animal models. The faculty rotates between the workstations and walks every participant through the protocol.

Each workstation reproduces the operating room — one device per surgeon.

Twelve individual stations, each equipped with the full technological setup needed to perform the procedures exactly as they are executed on a patient. The Magnetic Mallet plays a central role: every participant works with their own device throughout the two days.

Magnetic Mallet

Magnetodynamic device for atraumatic implant site preparation, split crest expansion, and crestal sinus lift. Compaction over removal.

Black Ruby kit

Five osteotomes engineered for sinus lift via the crestal approach. Used in all sinus lift practical scenarios on day 2.

Elevate kit

Osteotome system for the L.M.S.F. technique and the ELEVATE decision-making protocol. Hands-on on day 2.

Biomaterials & implants

Each workstation includes the biomaterials and implant components needed to complete every protocol from incision to closure.

Step-by-step tutoring from the faculty during the entire practical session. The Magnetic Mallet is yours during the course; if you wish to continue with it after, the OSSEOTOUCH team will arrange a dedicated demo.

05

Education and leisure. One complete experience.

M&M Education hosts the masterclass on the Gargano peninsula in Apulia, southern Italy — sea cliffs, ancient pine forests, white-sand beaches, and a culinary tradition that turns lunch into an event. The Learn & Chill optional package combines the surgical training with the destination.

Intensive hands-on surgical training

Intensive surgical training

Frequently asked

Who is this course for?

Oral surgeons and implantologists working with atrophic ridges who want a predictable protocol for split crest, bone expansion and crestal sinus lift using the magnetodynamic technique. Basic experience in implant surgery is required. The course is delivered entirely in English for an international audience.

What does the practical part involve?

Each participant has an individual workstation with all the technological equipment needed to reproduce procedures exactly as they are performed on a patient. Practice is on calf rib and pig mandible (day 1) and pig head (day 2). Step-by-step tutoring from the faculty during the entire hands-on session.

Why is the Magnetic Mallet central to this course?

The Magnetic Mallet works by compaction rather than removal. In split crest it expands the atrophic ridge while preserving native bone. In crestal sinus lift it raises the Schneiderian membrane with controlled millimetric excursion and immediate tactile feedback. The absence of rotation and irrigation reduces the risk of membrane perforation and improves implant primary stability.

Can I bring a colleague from my practice?

Yes. Each registration is per-person (one workstation, one Magnetic Mallet). If you'd like multiple seats from the same practice, contact M&M Education at info@mmeducation.it to confirm availability before registering.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation policy and any deposit terms are confirmed by M&M Education at registration. Contact info@mmeducation.it or +39 379 329 6934 for the current terms.

I'd prefer the September edition. Is the program identical?

Yes. The June 29–30, 2026 edition follows the same two-day program, same faculty, same hands-on setup. Same tuition (€ 1,900 VAT included).

Twelve seats. Two surgeons. One operating philosophy.

Email or message M&M Education to confirm your spot for the June edition.
