We collect personal information that you provide directly to us and information automatically collected when you use our website.

Information you provide:

• Identifiers — name, email, phone number, professional title, practice/clinic name
• Address information — shipping and billing addresses
• Commercial information — products and services purchased, request history
• Inquiry content — messages you send us via email, WhatsApp, contact forms or quote requests

Information collected automatically:

• Internet/network activity — IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages visited, time on site, referring URL
• Cookies and similar technologies — including analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) and advertising cookies (Google Ads), only after you provide consent

We do not intentionally collect Sensitive Personal Information as defined under CPRA (such as Social Security numbers, government IDs, financial account numbers, precise geolocation, racial/ethnic origin, religious beliefs, biometric data, health information beyond what is voluntarily provided in the context of a clinical product inquiry, or sex life/sexual orientation).

• To process orders, send invoices, ship products, and provide customer support
• To respond to inquiries, quote requests, and clinical questions
• To send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates, invoice notifications)
• To improve our website, products and services through analytics
• To send marketing communications about new products, clinical content and educational events only with your explicit opt-in consent — and you may opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email
• To comply with legal obligations, including U.S. FDA Medical Device Reporting (21 CFR Part 803) when applicable
• To detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse and security incidents

• Contract performance: to fulfill orders, ship products, and deliver requested services
• Legitimate interests: to operate the website, prevent fraud, and improve our products
• Consent: for marketing emails, non-essential analytics cookies, and advertising cookies
• Legal compliance: to comply with U.S. and applicable state laws, including FDA reporting obligations

We share personal information only with parties that need it to perform their function:

• Payment processors (Stripe) — for credit card processing on the U.S. shop
• Invoicing service (QuickBooks Online, Intuit Inc.) — for issuing invoices and processing invoice payments
• Shipping carriers — for nationwide U.S. delivery
• Email delivery service (Mailgun) — for transactional and marketing emails
• Analytics and advertising vendors — Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads, only with your consent
• Legal manufacturer — Meta Ergonomica S.r.l. (Italy) for product manufacturing, regulatory compliance and warranty service
• OSNRGY SRL — brand owner, for brand operations
• Government authorities — when required by law (e.g. U.S. FDA, state regulators, courts)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary value, and we do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under CPRA.

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights:

• Right to know: request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources of that information, the purposes for which we collect it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it
• Right to delete: request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions (e.g. completion of a transaction, legal obligations, fraud prevention)
• Right to correct: request correction of inaccurate personal information
• Right to opt-out of sale or sharing: although we do not sell or share your personal information, you may submit a request to confirm and prevent any future change
• Right to limit use of Sensitive Personal Information: we do not intentionally process Sensitive Personal Information for purposes beyond those permitted by CPRA
• Right to non-discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights

To exercise any of these rights, email cs@osseotouch.com with the subject line "CCPA Privacy Request" and describe your request. We will verify your identity using the information already on file (typically email address and order history) and respond within 45 days as required by CCPA. If we need an extension, we will notify you in advance.

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. The agent must provide a signed authorization, and we may require you to verify your identity directly.

If you are a resident of Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Utah (UCPA), Texas (TDPSA), Oregon (OCPA), or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have similar rights to those described above for California residents — including the rights to access, correct, delete and opt out of targeted advertising or sale of personal information.

We use the following cookie categories:

• Strictly necessary: required for the site to function (e.g. shopping cart). These cannot be disabled.
• Analytics: Google Analytics 4 — we use this to understand how visitors use the site. Only set after consent.
• Advertising: Google Ads conversion tracking — we use this to measure the effectiveness of our marketing. Only set after consent.

You can manage your cookie preferences via the cookie banner shown on first visit and via the link in the website footer ("Cookie preferences"). You can also disable cookies via your browser settings, though this may impact site functionality.

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out request from California, Colorado and Connecticut residents.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Payment information (credit card numbers) is handled directly by Stripe and never stored on our servers. Invoice payments are handled by QuickBooks Online (Intuit Inc.) and similarly never stored on our infrastructure.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including:

• Order and transaction records — typically 7 years, in line with U.S. tax record retention requirements
• Inquiry/quote correspondence — typically 3 years from last contact
• Marketing list membership — until you unsubscribe
• Cookie data — per the lifespan declared by each cookie (see Cookie preferences)

You may request deletion of your data at any time via the rights described in Section 05.

Our website and products are intended for healthcare professionals (dentists, oral surgeons, periodontists). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

OSSEOTOUCH LLC operates from the United States. Some of our service providers (including the legal manufacturer Meta Ergonomica S.r.l. and the brand owner OSNRGY SRL) are based in Italy/EU. By providing your information, you consent to the transfer and processing of your personal information in jurisdictions outside the United States, subject to appropriate safeguards required by applicable U.S. and international law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated via a banner on the site or by email if we have your contact information on file.
