02

Five clinical capabilities,
full coverage of the catalog.

01

Extractions across difficulty levels

From residual roots to impacted third molars and retained canines. BLEXO Pathfinders + AngleFit cover every angulation and depth.

02

Crown and bridge removal

With Levacorone remove cemented crowns and bridges with low-force traction using MAGNETODYNAMICS, designed to reduce stress on the underlying abutment when clinical conditions allow.

03

Next-generation implantology

Black Ruby with DLC coating. Premium osseodensification with smoother bone glide reported in the literature; clinical effects depend on instrument geometry, protocol, and surgeon technique.

04

Sinus lift with millimetric stops

Kit Elevate with DLC coating. Incremental advancement read directly on the instrument, supporting controlled work near the Schneiderian membrane. Subject to clinical judgment and CBCT planning.

05

Bone quality at the implant site

Osseodensification by impulse generated by MAGNETODYNAMICS technology compacts cancellous bone laterally rather than excavating it. Supports peri-implant density and primary stability, also relevant in low-density bone (D3-D4).

06

Single-purchase decision

The most complete published configuration in one decision: no kit-by-kit assembly over time. The broad standard spectrum is covered from day one.

03

A material-level surface treatment
from the biomedical literature.

Black Ruby and Kit Elevate carry an amorphous-carbon coating with near-diamond hardness. The biomedical literature reports a low coefficient of friction (around 0.1) for some DLC/ADLC coatings under defined test conditions, along with high hardness, wear resistance, and biocompatibility. Clinical effects depend on instrument geometry, protocol, bone quality, and surgeon technique.

~0.1

Coefficient of friction

Around 0.1 reported for some DLC/ADLC coatings under defined test conditions; actual friction depends on coating type, substrate, surface finish, and environment.

Hardness

Near-diamond hardness

HV 2000–9000 reported in the literature, varies by deposition method.

Glide

Smoother advancement

Lower friction is associated in the literature with smoother instrument advancement; clinical impact depends on case selection.

Tactile

Tactile feedback

Reduced friction at the instrument-bone interface may translate into cleaner tactile feedback for the surgeon during the osteotome phase.

Bio

Biocompatibility

Reported as biocompatible in the biomedical literature; supports osteoblast adhesion in published in-vitro studies on DLC coatings.

Wear

Wear resistance

High wear resistance reported in the literature; supports extended instrument service life under repeated use cycles.

DLC is primarily a material-science advantage. Final clinical benefit is determined by surgical technique, bone quality, and case selection — not by the coating alone.

Master is for the surgeon who does not want to make purchase decisions kit by kit over time: the broad standard spectrum is already covered. It also includes Levacorone for crown and bridge removal, a procedure that with conventional instruments can be slow and unpredictable.

07

Common questions
about Master.

What is the Master configuration?

The most complete published configuration of the OSSEOTOUCH Magnetic Mallet: device + five kits (Essential Extraction Kit, BLEXO, Levacorone, Black Ruby, Kit Elevate) for a total of 26 instruments. Black Ruby and Kit Elevate carry a DLC coating. Master does not include the more specialized kits (Ridge Expansion, PT-1, Dynamic Guided, Easy In 6, Easy-Pin, First) — these can be added at any time.

What is the difference compared to Total Combo?

Total Combo includes the device + Essential Extraction Kit + Black Ruby + Kit Elevate (14 instruments). Master adds BLEXO (8 premium extractors designed for use with MAGNETODYNAMICS for complex extractions) and Levacorone (4 components for crown and bridge removal), reaching 26 instruments total and 5 kits.

Who is Master designed for?

The surgeon who wants the most complete published Magnetic Mallet configuration in a single purchase decision. Suited for high-volume practices with broad clinical mix: complex extractions, implantology, sinus lift, crown and bridge removal.

What is DLC coating?

Diamond Like Carbon is an amorphous carbon coating with near-diamond hardness. The biomedical literature reports a low coefficient of friction (around 0.1 under defined test conditions), high hardness, wear resistance, and biocompatibility for DLC coatings. In Master it is applied on Black Ruby and Kit Elevate. Clinical impact depends on case selection, instrument geometry, and protocol.

Can I try it before buying?

Trial, rental and financing programs are not available in the United States. You can explore the product documentation or ask the OSSEOTOUCH team before deciding.

Can I add other kits later?

Yes. Master is expandable with Ridge Expansion Kit, PT-1, Dynamic Guided, Easy In 6, Easy-Pin, First. The device is compatible with the entire catalog.
